Take a look at the beautiful London Luxury Bulgari Hotel

What comes in your mind thinking of an interior with shiny polished brown wood and sleek black marble and Exquisite Mediterranean food enjoyed in a peaceful evening.
An uber-luxury boat sailing along the French Riviera? Because this is exactly how it feels to be in the Bulgari hotel, London.

It’s in the heart of Knightsbridge, which is first new luxury hotel built from the ground up in London in 40 years. You won’t be able to find the door of bathroom lobby mistaking it as part of the walls.

Since the architecture is so smooth and flawless, I could hardly differentiate between the ending and beginning of a door. This is clearly distant from the very many old usual hotels based in London.

Designed by none other than Antonio Citterio and Partners, the master of Italian minimalism. The silver theme throughout the building pays honor to Bulgari’s silversmith origins, including the 85 rooms and suites.

Silver centerpiece in the bar and handmade silver chandeliers are hanging from the ballroom ceilings. Custom-made silk drapery and Italian-manufactured furnishings add richness to the decor.

There are places to relax and lounge in the afternoon, “Il Bar” and the “Edward Sahakian Cigar Shop & Sampling Lounge”. Not to mention restaurant Rivea London is the place that puts a uniquely Mediterranean feel to the hotel.

An experienced hotel professional is General Manager Sylvain Ercoli, has known Alain Ducasse for many years and this renowned chef and restaurateur created an casual place inspired by the food markets of Italy and Provence. His protégé Alexandre Nicolas is at the controls and put together sophisticated light dishes.

Many of them are for sharing and are to be enjoyed in faultlessly chic but relaxed setting (guests are welcome in jeans and T-shirts). Chef is inspired by simple cooking. Dishes such as Socca Nicoise salad reflect Alain Ducasse’s visits to the Mediterranean region, from Nice to Liguria.

Since it is located in the heart of Knightsbridge means it’s close to Harrods and other ellite stores on Sloane Street as well as many restaurants and museums. The only thing the hotel lacks is the good view, even its nearness to Hyde park doesn’t help.

The only reason people are there are for facilities. First, the gym. Gold’s Gym,is “the best first-class futuristic fitness” in the Tatler Spa Guide. The founder Lee Mullins trains everyone from Oscar winners to Victoria Secret models and his team of trainers specializes in different areas of fitness.

Some of the trainers are ex-models which is obvious from their better than average faces (supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s seriously handsome brother Toby is a performance specialist).

For many, the best part of the hotel is the spa, which is considered as one of the most lavish spas in London, if not the best, consisting of an 80-foot swimming pool lined with gold montage tiles. Interior is further decorated by Vicenza stone and onyx.

It gained recognition with the innovative treatments offered. It looks more like Harley Street clinic with its advanced technology and approach if luxury wasn’t there prove it to be a hotel-spa.

The most popular treatment is “Naturalift Acupuncture Facial” by David Peters. This prized Eastern medicine specialist won a large number of clients from the entertainment and fashion industries with his naturalistic approach.

His anti-aging and lifting acupuncture treatment is extremely used as an alternative to Botox. “Swiss Perfection Cellular Skin Care” is one of the treatments.

With a range of personalized treatments, Bulgari Hotel is the only spa in London to offer this anti-aging therapy which is supposed to be helpful for mature skin using the key ingredient extracted from the root of the Iris Germanica.

Bulgari Hotel provides a “Wellness Retreat” package starting from £700 for those who want a wholesome program of relaxation combined with the reawakening therapies and new fitness command. This personalized program stars with meeting an instructor from Workshop for “framework assessment” which includes a set of extensive tests such as genetic study and food intolerance test in order to set specific targets for individual needs.

Fridge contains healthy refreshments and juices and a bag containing beauty items put together by spa team, for the duration of retreat. The day begins with meditation, yoga or class work and includes healthy meals and spa treatments, all particularly-designed.

The lack of view which is apparently only flaw in the hotel is nothing compared to all the luxury it offers. For a serious pampering, this cherished, sophisticated boutique hotel with flawless service that matches its sleek interior might be the perfect accommodation during your stay in London.
