Garden Feast 2009

The San Francisco Botanical Garden Society recently hosted Garden Feast 2009, an annual benefit luncheon to support the organization.

At the event, 475 guests enjoying a superb luncheon on the Botanical Garden’s Great Meadow. Garden Feast, catered by Dan McCall Associates and complemented by Bonterra Vineyards’ organic wines, raised close to $200,000 for the San Francisco Botanical Garden Society.

Nell Newman & Michael McKechnie

Nell Newman, co-founder and president of Newman’s Own® Organics: The Second Generation®, gave the keynote address. Ms. Newman honored her parents, Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, by acknowledging their encouragement to be socially responsible, politically involved, and philanthropic.
