In this intimate cooking class, white-hot chef and queen of all things porcine April Bloomfield will demonstrate dishes from her new cookbook, A Girl and Her Pig. Savor an amuse bouche paired with Maschio Brut Prosecco before feasting on four courses prepared in the classroom by the Spotted Pig toque. Wines from Banfi Vintners will be poured throughout the class, including Montauto Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Villa Cerna Chianti Classico Riserva. Each student will receive a personalized and hand-signed cookbook to commemorate the evening.
