Take a Look at Tom Ford’s $75 Million Ranch

The Cerro Pelon Ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico has a status of its own. Currently owned by fashion designer Tom Ford, this giant of a property is reportedly listed for $75 million, and is approximately 1.5 times larger than Manhattan.

Ford gave the public a view inside when the property was showcased during his time as a guest editor for French Vogue. Not only does this estate contain its own movie set (featured in movies like “Thor” and “Wild, Wild West”), its signature residential building was designed by Ford with help from Tadao Ando – the same Ando who worked on the 9/11 memorial in Manhattan and Armani Teatro in Milan.

The brokerage group handling the property has neither confirmed the price nor the seller of Cerro Pelon Ranch, but the property boasts two private guest and four staff quarters and is certainly someone’s dream estate. To view more, peruse KevinBobolskyGroup.com.
