In anticipation of The San Francisco Fall Antiques Show, Epoca 20th Century & Antique Furnishings recently opened its gallery for a party in honor of the show’s Designer’s Circle.
This year’s 37th San Francisco Decorator Showcase, benefitting the scholarship fund of San Francisco University High School, was held at a gorgeous brick mansion on 3660 Jackson Street. Designer Claudia Juestel attended the opening gala, and has provided this insightful overview of the rooms.
Madeline Weinrib recently opened a wonderful 4,000 square foot showroom in the San Francisco Design Center to showcase her beautiful collection of rugs, fabric, accessories, wallpapers and even apparel.
For its 35th anniversary the San Francisco Decorator Showcase returned to the Classic Revival mansion on 2020 Jackson Street, which had also been the home of the 1991 showcase. The honey-colored brick structure, designed in 1902 by German-born architect Julius E. Krafft, is being offered for $17.5 million (as of June 2012.)
