Jill Milan, a provider of designer Italian handbags, hosted a reception at its San Francisco store to kick of a campaign in support of the Estonian National Ballet's trip to the United States for performances in San Francisco. Tiit Helimets, a principal dancer with the San Francisco Ballet and a native of Estonia, spearheaded the effort to bring his homeland's dancers to perform in San Francisco. The troupe's first performance in the U.S. was June 28, 2013, as part of the Estonian Culture Festival at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. "We are very pleased to support Tiit in this undertaking," said Jill Fraser, CEO of Jill Milan. "This is an exciting cultural event and we look forward to the performance."
