Whether it’s a fashion blogger who has made a career out of dressing up, a partygoer who plans her gowns months in advance, or the eye-catching person on the street with a certain fabulousness, these are the men and women who defined San Francisco style in December.
Tiit Helimets, a principal dancer with the San Francisco Ballet and a native of Estonia, spearheaded the effort to bring his homeland’s dancers to perform in San Francisco. The troupe’s first performance in the U.S. was June 28, 2013, as part of the Estonian Culture Festival at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco.
“We are very pleased to support Tiit in this undertaking,” said Jill Fraser, CEO of Jill Milan. “This is an exciting cultural event and we look forward to the performance.” Jill Milan contributed 20 percent of sales from its San Francisco store and from online sales at the Jill Milan website, http://www.JillMilan.com / www.JillMilan.com , throughout June 2013.
