When real estate developer Trumark Urban needed an interior designer to create the look for a model residence at the newly constructed high-rise, The Pacific, naturally they called upon one of San Francisco’s very best — Jay Jeffers.
The luxury condominium tower at 2121 Webster, designed by Handel Architects, has been creating buzz in the City’s real estate circles for two key factors: 1. its location in the center of Pacific Heights, where new residential developments are a multi-decade rarity, and where an unobstructed view is a luxury few can take advantage of, and 2. its record-breaking prices.
So it is not much of a surprise that as soon as Jeffers added the finishing touches to his design, the place was sold!
The 6th floor, 3-bedroom residence recently closed escrow for $8,960,000, representing a price of $3,750 per square foot, one of the highest amounts paid for a condominium in San Francisco.
“We sought to create luxuriously livable spaces with contemporary, sexy touches,” Jeffers said of the design, which made use of exquisite French oak paneling, fine art pieces from Dolby Chadwick Gallery, including an oil on canvas by Tom Lieber, furnishings by AKMD and Tom Faulkner, among others, and a striking chandelier by Neptune Glassworks.
