On March 10, 2009, Partner’s Ending Domestic Abuse Founder, Roselyne (Cissie) Swig, hosted a private reception at her elegant Pacific Heights home to recognize the foundation’s most generous contributors.

Members of the organization’s Board of Directors gathered with Founder Cissie Swig, Chair JaMel Perkins, and Executive Director Beverly Upton, among other notable guests including Simon and Kimberly Blattner, Julie Harkins of First Republic Bank, Tiffany Shlain, and Cheryl Baxter to officially kick off their upcoming annual gala and champion the cause.

The upcoming 17th Anniversary Gala, “Spring into Action” hosted by Partners Ending Domestic Abuse and The San Francisco Domestic Violence Consortium, will be held on May 1, 2009 at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco.

In addition to celebrating Partners invaluable work and honoring the efforts of those who work to end domestic violence, the evening will feature a media panel highlighting renowned filmmaker Tiffany Shlain, Actress and First Lady of San Francisco Jennifer Siebel Newsom, among others, to celebrate the empowerment of women in media.
