Marissa Mayer’s recent presentation at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas made headlines not just for business and technology, but also for fashion!
Her purple and violet feather-print dress, designed by Oscar de la Renta, caught the attention of the Daily Mail, which remarked “Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer chose to wear the company’s signature purple hue today as she gave one of her most high profile speeches to date.”
But Mayer was the third prominent woman to wear the beautiful dress. We first spotted it on actress Allison Williams last January, when she wore it to appear on “Live with Kelly and Michael” in New York.

And in San Francisco, it was worn by Charlotte Shultz to the San Francisco Symphony’s celebration in honor of Gordon Getty’s 80th birthday.
Isn’t it interesting that women of such totally different backgrounds can wear the same piece so beautifully?
The dress was available at Neiman-Marcus and Nordstrom for $1,590.00
