The general vibe of the party was enlivened by the upbeat mix provided by DJ Lally (Lana Adair).
“It was cross genre mixed — indie, jazz-house, trip hop, French, Brazilian, instrumental,” she said. “Basically, I mixed eclectic tracks that had a lot of depth yet maintained a steady groove.”
She featured diverse tracks such as Serge Gainsbourg’s “Un Poison Violent, C’est ça l’amour,” Bonobo’s “Cirrus,” The Foals’ “Olympic Airways,” Shirley Bassey’s “Where Do I Begin,” Parov Stellar’s “Kiss Kiss,” Damon Albarn’s “Lonely Press Play,” and DJ Mitsu’s “Pursuits of Clarity,” among others.
The sound was modern, warm, and perfect for such a stylish crowd in the mood for shopping and socializing!
