This is the 4th time that Louis Vuitton is joining the Only Watch charity auction, but that definitely hasn’t stopped them from producing yet another stunning and unique watch. As with the years before, Louis Vuitton’s Only Watch 2013 piece is ultra special. This time, though, it was designed along with Paul Pettavino, a man who suffers from Duchenne muscular dystrophy. It just so happens that the proceeds of the Only Watch 2013 event will be going to support the research for a cure for this particular disease. Paul is actually the one who designed the paint on the dial, the enamel and the Damier canvas trunk. He has also included a special message for the lucky bidder of the Louis Vuitton watch inside.
This Louis Vuitton watch is called the Tambour Regatta Spin Time. It uses Louis Vuitton’s new spin time mechanics, which was first introduced in 2010, and comes with a 45.5mm x 16mm rose gold case. It also uses regatta timing, which can be managed through a button found on the case.
