Flavour, an elegant new app that provides users a collection of the best restaurants in their city, recently made its debut in San Francisco at The Cavalier — fittingly, one of San Francisco best establishments.
Showing their support were leaders of the tech, dining and entertainment worlds, such as One Kings Lane founder Alison Pincus, Stylebee founder Anna Sateramo, IfOnly.com food director Michael Murphy, Brit + Co president Emily Smith, and Emily Luchetti, who is The Cavalier’s Chef as well as Chair of the James Beard Foundation.
“We are always looking to invest in innovative mobile applications and technology,” said Theresia Gouw, whose firm Aspect Venture is an investor. “Flavour is revolutionizing the food sphere in a beautiful, user friendly way.”
Flavour collects recommendations from trusted sources to help diners discover the best restaurants in their city. Restaurants are sorted by neighborhood, cuisine or its notable feature. Users can also create and share their Collection of favorite spots and browse Flavour Collections curated by tastemakers.
The app is now available to download for free in the App Store.
