The Color Green

Citizen Cake presents the color of spring…green. They will have bottled emerald, nettles, fiddle head ferns, asparagus and green tea. Vegetables are budding and Chef William Pilz’s skills are as fresh as the spring flora.

Their green themed dinner is Wednesday, April 9, 2008.

Think this is vegetarian delight? Think again, Maine Lobster and Local Lamb are part of this sixty five dollar, seven course menu.
